It also uses our 2 square hole gongs for the target area allowing you to change to almost any size and shape you want, this feature is not available anywhere else and makes this system very unique.

This system has been updated to use our 2 bolt gong plates instead of the slotted plates.
You will need to get 3/4" IMC or Rigid conduit for the legs and its recommended to get 4-5' of 1" square tube for the top bar. Thinner steel or ALU to keep the weight done is also best.
